Get to know Dr. R.J.

Born and raised in the city of Las Vegas, Dr. R.J. is a true local. He graduated from Cimarron-Memorial HS and completed his undergraduate and doctoral studies at UNLV. Since then, he has made it his focus to provide the very best quality dental care to all of his patients. He moved to Dallas, TX and stayed there for a few years, where he fell in love with BBQ and a beautiful lady named Audrey. They made their way back to Las Vegas to open Desert Inn Smiles with the goal of caring for the city and the community through dental care.

Dr. R.J. has spent a lot of his time outside of practice furthering his skills by way of continuing education. He has taken numerous hours in many fields, but his primary focus for the past 7 years has been dental implantology, in which he has accumulated over 350 hours in the subject alone. He is an educator and is a part of the Implant Know-How team and is an instructor with the Wehrle Implant Immersion Course.

When he isn’t caring for his patients, he spends most of his time with his wife, Audrey, and their two sons.
